Did you know that not all "sleep consultants" have formal training?

But I firmly believe in proper education, certification, and training.

When I embarked on my journey to become a sleep consultant, in New Jersey, I knew I wanted to be the best.

That's why I received exceptional formal training, completed unprecedented coursework, and became officially certified by the prestigious Family Sleep Institute.

Imagine having a sleep consultant who not only understands the biology of sleep but also possesses expertise in behavior modification AND understands your local area.

With over 15 years of experience as a special education teacher and training as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I can offer you a comprehensive approach to teaching children healthy sleep habits.

Let's work together to overcome those challenging moments and create lasting solutions.

Let me be your
trusted sleep coach!

I passionately incorporate mindfulness techniques into sleep programs, giving you an invaluable tool to enhance your family's well-being. Whether you choose to follow these techniques now or later, the choice is yours. Together, we'll create a customized approach that aligns with your comfortability, family values, and individualized parenting philosophies.

I LOVE sleep, but I'm also a real person, too! When I'm not helping families with their baby's sleep, I find joy in spending time with my husband and two precious girls. My dedication to helping others extended beyond sleep consulting, as I was a special education teacher in a self-contained, out-of-district placement for 15 years.

It's in helping others that I have found my true purpose.

So, if you're a tired caregiver yearning for support, guidance, and education, I invite you to join me on this transformative journey.

Together, we'll conquer your family's sleep challenges and make peaceful nights and rejuvenated mornings a reality.

Nursery Room

Our baby was exhausted, WE WERE EXHAUSTED, and we couldn’t keep the sleep book techniques straight.

We were pretty sceptical of the whole concept of a “certified sleep consultant,” but Sarah’s attention to the details of our child won us over.

We signed up with the “Plus” plan, and on OUR SECOND DAY working with Sarah, our daughter napped for 4.5 hours and slept 11 hours that night. We never looked back.

Are you ready to rewrite your sleep story?

Imagine being the parent who everyone envies because your child sleeps so well. You're the one who can always make it to your child's activities on time, because your child always naps for at least 1 hour at predictable times.

Bedtime is a pleasant way to end your day, because your child goes down easily and sleeps through the night.

You wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. You have time to get things done, spend quality time with your partner, and most importantly, have time for yourself.

You deserve sleep.

It's perfectly okay to expect your child to sleep soundly.

And it doesn't make you a bad parent!

There are many things you can do to help your child sleep better. Here are a few tips:

  • Establish a consistent sleep schedule and stick to it as much as possible, even on weekends.

  • Create a relaxing bedtime routine that helps your child wind down before bed.

  • Make sure your child's bedroom is dark, quiet, and cool.

  • Avoid giving your child caffeine or sugary drinks before bed.

  • Ditch drowsy but awake: put your child to awake, so they learn the skill of putting themselves to sleep.

  • Respond to your child's night wakings promptly and calmly, in a manner that aligns with your parenting style.

  • Be patient and consistent, and don't give up!

If you're struggling to get your child to sleep through the night, don't hesitate to seek professional help. A pediatric sleep consultant can help you create a sleep plan that works for your child and your family.
